• The return window on this specific device is different than normal. This device has a 4 day return window and any returns will automatically have a restocking fee of 20% applied to them due to the SIM card and inspection fees .
• 4G Cellular connection only works if the device is kept in the  U.S / Canada
• Items are built to order so please allow an extra 24-48 hours for shipping and processing times.
• We are unable to guarantee Wi-Fi connection will work with all routers. Although most networks are compatible, certain routers enact stricter security measures that may block remote connections to the camera. Some examples likely to experience these issues are hotels/motels, corporate networks, 4g hotspots, open wifi networks like Starbucks, etc.
• If the room the camera is located in uses LED lighting you may notice black bars in the livestream and recordings, this is because LED lights constantly flicker at a very rapid rate and the camera is catching these gaps in the light.
