Since normal motion that your TV plays back at is at 30 FPS, recording at a lower FPS (frames per second) will enable you to store much more footage on the SD card. Additionally, you’ll be able to “hot-swap” SD cards by easily removing a filled up one, and replacing it with a fresh blank card. This way you’ll quickly be able to bring the footage back to your computer for review without ever missing important video.
All of the video and recorded video files have time and date stamped directly onto the video. This provides clear-cut proof of exactly when the event occurred.

Return Authorization (RMA Required)
All returns must be approved and include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
To request one, email support@spygeartx.com with your order number, product name, and reason for return.
Items returned without authorization may be delayed or lost.
Approved returns must be received within 20 days, in original packaging with all accessories and security seals intact. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and should use a trackable carrier.
Non-Defective Returns
Only unused and unopened products are eligible.
A 15% restocking fee applies. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase.
Approved non-defective returns are credited as store credit toward future purchases.
Defective or Damaged Items
If an item arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Once inspected, we will determine whether it qualifies for replacement, repair, or refund.
Products showing misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modification are not covered.
