The unit includes two cameras: a Wyze Cam v4 with a wide-angle custom setup and a Wyze Cam OG Telephoto for tighter, long-distance captures. Together, they provide both broad scene coverage and zoomed-in detail, making the system ideal for investigative work, property monitoring, and long-duration covert surveillance.
A T-Mobile cellular hotspot is included and powers remote viewing, AI notifications, and full app access directly from your phone. The system operates entirely off-grid using an 11.1V 9.6Ah lithium battery, delivering up to 72 hours (3 days) of continuous recording. The housing is water resistant, compact, and built for outdoor deployment.
This setup is commonly used for infidelity investigations, workers’ compensation fraud, neighborhood surveillance, ranch properties, equipment yards, and field operations requiring 24/7 remote monitoring.

International Shipping
At this time, Spy Gear TX ships within the United States only. International orders are not accepted.
Return Authorization (RMA Required)
All returns must be approved and include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
To request one, email support@spygeartx.com with your order number, product name, and reason for return.
Items returned without authorization may be delayed or lost.
Approved returns must be received within 20 days, in original packaging with all accessories and security seals intact. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and should use a trackable carrier.
Non-Defective Returns
Only unused and unopened products are eligible.
A 15% restocking fee applies. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase.
Approved non-defective returns are credited as store credit toward future purchases.
Defective or Damaged Items
If an item arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Once inspected, we will determine whether it qualifies for replacement, repair, or refund.
Products showing misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modification are not covered.

Refund Processing
Refunds, if approved, will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
Shipping fees and any restocking charges will be deducted.
Exchanges
