Every Law Mate Bluetooth Speaker comes with its own unique identifier and QR code for quick and simple set up. Place the speaker in the desired location, insert a memory card and plug it in for all day surveillance. Get remote view by connecting it to a smart device over the Wi-Fi network. Return Authorization (RMA Required)
All returns must be approved and include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
To request one, email support@spygeartx.com with your order number, product name, and reason for return.
Items returned without authorization may be delayed or lost.
Approved returns must be received within 20 days, in original packaging with all accessories and security seals intact. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and should use a trackable carrier.
Non-Defective Returns
Only unused and unopened products are eligible.
A 15% restocking fee applies. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase.
Approved non-defective returns are credited as store credit toward future purchases.
Defective or Damaged Items
If an item arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Once inspected, we will determine whether it qualifies for replacement, repair, or refund.
