These LawMate Covert Surveillance Glasses are extremely user friendly. Get the device operational by plugging in the mini USB into the glasses' USB Port then plug the other end into a power source. Once green LED light has turned off the device will be fully charged. While your glasses are charging format the memory card on a computer, set the date and time stamp by creating a text file and saving it into the root directory. After fully charged, insert the included micro memory card into the slot with your hand (use the provided tweezers to remove.) Power on and automatically begin recording with one long touch on the side of the glasses. A long vibration indicates the recording has started. Power off by the same button, two short vibrations will indicate the device is powered off. If the LawMate Covert Glasses don’t have a memory card, it will vibrate 20 times and power off. If memory card is full, it will vibrate 5 times and power off. When the memory card becomes full the LawMate Covert Glasses will shut down by itself. When the battery is low it will vibrate 3 times. Download data by connecting the glasses with the mini USB cord to a computer.

International Shipping
At this time, Spy Gear TX ships within the United States only. International orders are not accepted.
Return Authorization (RMA Required)
All returns must be approved and include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
To request one, email support@spygeartx.com with your order number, product name, and reason for return.
Items returned without authorization may be delayed or lost.
Approved returns must be received within 20 days, in original packaging with all accessories and security seals intact. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and should use a trackable carrier.
Non-Defective Returns
Only unused and unopened products are eligible.
A 15% restocking fee applies. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase.
Approved non-defective returns are credited as store credit toward future purchases.
Defective or Damaged Items
If an item arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Once inspected, we will determine whether it qualifies for replacement, repair, or refund.
Products showing misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modification are not covered.

Other distributed products – 90-Day Limited Warranty
(Proof of purchase required. Coverage begins on the original purchase date.)
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and legal reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
Activated GPS tracking devices
Custom hidden cameras
Counter-surveillance detectors
Opened or used items
Special-order or health/safety products once opened
Single-use defense products (e.g., pepper spray)
Service fees and shipping charges
All sales on the items listed above are final.
Refund Processing
Refunds, if approved, will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
Shipping fees and any restocking charges will be deducted.
Exchanges
Replacements are offered only for defective or damaged products.
