The PV-500ECO2 is decked out to the nines, this portable Analog DVR is the best of both worlds. Touch Screen, HD Display, CM-BU19 Color Button Camera, Analog inputs and RCA connection. Capture video from virtually anywhere without having to purchase all new cameras. View footage on screen or connect to a display.
Keep the footage intact with the security features that have been added. Password protection protects the video when it exchanges hands, files can only be deleted by an admin. Touch Screen Lock allows the device from accidently turning on and pressing a button on the touch screen. Turn on/off time stamp, not everyone has a need for it.

Processing Time

Shipping Rates

Delivery Times

Delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses are beyond our control.
International Shipping
At this time, Spy Gear TX ships within the United States only. International orders are not accepted.
Return Authorization (RMA Required)
All returns must be approved and include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
To request one, email support@spygeartx.com with your order number, product name, and reason for return.
Items returned without authorization may be delayed or lost.
Approved returns must be received within 20 days, in original packaging with all accessories and security seals intact. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and should use a trackable carrier.
Non-Defective Returns
Only unused and unopened products are eligible.
A 15% restocking fee applies. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase.
Approved non-defective returns are credited as store credit toward future purchases.
Defective or Damaged Items
If an item arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Once inspected, we will determine whether it qualifies for replacement, repair, or refund.
Products showing misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modification are not covered.

Other distributed products – 90-Day Limited Warranty
(Proof of purchase required. Coverage begins on the original purchase date.)
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and legal reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
Activated GPS tracking devices

Counter-surveillance detectors
Opened or used items
Special-order or health/safety products once opened
Single-use defense products (e.g., pepper spray)
Service fees and shipping charges
All sales on the items listed above are final.
Refund Processing
Refunds, if approved, will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
Shipping fees and any restocking charges will be deducted.
Exchanges
Replacements are offered only for defective or damaged products.
