TRULY RANDOM NOISE
The DNG-2300 consists of 3 independent white noise digital generators. “White” means that the
noise is fully random and is equally distributed along the voice spectrum. This distribution
provides complete resistance against the filtering of a conversation. Another feature of white noise
is its unpredictability i.e. there is no method to wipe it out from a recorded conversation.
VOICE MASKING
Men’s and women’s voices consist of lots of frequencies simultaneously produced during speech.These frequencies lie between 100 Hz and 6000 Hz. Listening devices usually have a narrower range mostly because of size limitations, the scheme of the device and battery time. The DNG-2300 has a range of 250-5000 Hz which is optimal to cover all types of voices and suppress all listening devices.
LOOPBACK INPUT
The DNG-2300 has an input LOOPBACK which allows easy and fast tuning to the necessary level
of noise.

International Shipping
At this time, Spy Gear TX ships within the United States only. International orders are not accepted.
Return Authorization (RMA Required)
All returns must be approved and include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
To request one, email support@spygeartx.com with your order number, product name, and reason for return.
Items returned without authorization may be delayed or lost.
Approved returns must be received within 20 days, in original packaging with all accessories and security seals intact. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and should use a trackable carrier.
Non-Defective Returns
Only unused and unopened products are eligible.
A 15% restocking fee applies. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase.
Approved non-defective returns are credited as store credit toward future purchases.
Defective or Damaged Items
If an item arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Once inspected, we will determine whether it qualifies for replacement, repair, or refund.
Products showing misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modification are not covered.

Refund Processing
Refunds, if approved, will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
